I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, unfortunately, were not up to par with many maintenance issues and a delayed readiness. However, the service from the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to compensate for any inconveniences. For my spouse's birthday, we stayed at this hotel with a 5-view over the rubbish-room grim-sofa bed at a major slope, which was lovely and spacious. The service was very accommodating, despite feeling more like a truck stop at times. The location, facing the Intracoastal waterway, allowed for peaceful sleep but lacked information about breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a quick walk over the bridge to reach the beach and the Galleria for shopping and dining across the street. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was a highlight for me. However, I missed having a coffee shop or restaurant directly inside the hotel. The service was exceptional with extremely friendly and helpful staff, although the price was a bit high at $30 a night. Dining at the Vue on the water was a delightful experience, albeit a little expensive. Overall, a solid 4-star hotel with wonderful amenities and a great location!
