nice layout water taxi amazing food

The location was pretty good. my room, a king suite balcony waterway view, had a nice layout. i liked that a water taxi stopped right outside. It was convenient. the food was amazing!!!

efficient team comfortable bed

the valet team was quick and efficient! the front desk staff offered helpful advice about local spots. my room was clean. the bed was very comfortable.

i encountered issues with the in-room toilet. it required multiple flushes to work properly.

chipping paint broken outlets

the rooms were big and inviting, exactly as expected.

I was quite frustrated with a few things. the paint was chipping off the walls, a clear sign of neglect. the outlets didn't work. This made charging devices a huge pain!!!
